Follow this procedure:
1- Have your document signed and notarized.
2- Include a company check payable to "US Arab Chamber of Commerce" .
 The fee is $25.00 per document stamped.

3- Include a prepaid airway bill to return your document to you.
 Please keep a copy of your tracking number.
4- Fill the request form below.
 This form must be completed, printed , signed, and included with your package.
